RETURN PROCEDURES:
Should you need to return merchandise to Your Pond Farm our staff is ready to assist you with the process.
Please complete the "Return Merchandise Authorization Request" (RMA). When completed send to Your Pond Farm's Returns via email: returns@yourpondfarm.com OR fax: 877.315.5888.
To expedite your return, please provide ALL information requested on this form, which must
accompany all product returns.
- Copy of the final (end user) sales receipt
- Your company, contact name and phone number
- The related invoice number and date for which the item was purchased from YPF
- Item number, description; include make, model and serial number
- Reason for the return (Example- No Flow Rate, Trips Breaker)
By providing this information it will only help expedite the process; otherwise, the process could be
delayed.
Once Your Pond Farm receives ALL information a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and form will be issued.
Your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) MUST ACCOMPANY ALL PRODUCT RETURNS.
Please place all items to be returned in a box clearly marked with your company name and RMA
number. Credits will be issued for items returned on this list only. All items will be evaluated as per the
manufacturer warranty and proper credit amount will be issued.
CREDITS, REPAIRS, AND REPLACEMENTS FOR RETURN ITEMS:
Any credits to your account relating to defective product warranty claims will be handled according to
each individual manufacturers warranty claim process and may take up to 30 days to resolve. All
back to stock product returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All warranty credits, repairs and
replacements are up to the discretion of the manufacturer. All back to stock product must come back
unused and in original packaging fee or a repackaging fee of 20% will be issued.
For warranty product there is a 30 day return shipping policy. Within 30 days of shipment there is a
warranty issue with a product, we will send out a call tag and send new product at no shipping charge.
When the product is returned we will file a claim. All warranty credits, repairs and replacements are up
to the discretion of the manufacturer. Invoice will be dated NET30 from when we receive the product.
If the customer has had the product for over 30 days, it is up to the customer to return to product to us
at their expense.
RMA's expire after 60 days. If you would need another RMA issued, please contact us.
